1 can of small biscuits (the plain ones are best)
Heat the oil in a pan. Poke a hole in the center of the biscuit. Drop the biscuit into the oil and flip it over when the side has browned. Drain on a paper towel. In a separate bowl, mix the powdered sugar and water until it is runny. Place the doughnuts in the icing. Cover with icing and serve.
