I can hardly believe I'm already in my eighth year of teaching here at Woodstock Elementary School! It is such a thrill and  honor to be a teacher of precious children in the best school ever. Just a bit about myself: I have been married 30 years to my husband, Stan, and am the mother to Hannah, a senior at Creekview High School. I have lived in Cherokee County my entire life, having graduated from Buffington Elementary, Cherokee High School, Reinhardt College (twice) and Kennesaw State College. Prior to going back to school to obtain a degree in Early Childhood Education, I was a stay-at-home mom for about eight years. Before that, I was a City Planner for the City of Roswell. I recently (Yay!) finished my Master's Degree in early childhood education from Piedmont College. Again, I am thrilled with the opportunity to touch the lives of young children. Every day is an adventure to which I look forward!
